Fire-Resistant, Easy to Process, Cost effective, Light Weight 

Rail composite parts need to be fire resistant, easy to process and tough. Hexion phenolic systems are designed to give composite parts a high degree of fire safety and excellent mechanical properties. Due to absence of flame retardant fillers they are easy to process and yield the lowest weight components possible.

 

Intended for the cost effective manufacture of composites by conventional processes, these resin systems are particularly suited for interior/exterior and structural rail applications.
