Liquid Compression Molding
In liquid compression molding (LCM), the resin is applied to the fabric layup before it is transferred into the mold. As the mold is closed, the part is pressed and resin flows to saturate the fibers. As with RTM, the mold is heated to enact cure and the part is demolded either when partially or fully cured.
